Frank regularly cleans up two very challenging blocks and reimagines a better way of making our cities cleaner and happier.
November 2018
Receives 501(c)(3) letter confirming nonprofit status for AdoptOneBlock.
End of 2019 - Early 2020
Frank fails and then fails a second and third time to develop the technology solution that would enable a new approach to community engagement he had originally envisioned.
