Frank Moscow
BLOCK AMBASSADOR & FOUNDER
Frank retired from high technology leadership and as a native son, wanted to give back to the city and state he loves. Moving into Portland, he was saddened by how dirty the city had become and dedicated himself to finding a unique scalable approach that easily and efficiently engaged everyone in a sustainable long-term solution.
Additionally, Frank is on the Board of Advisors and Investment Committee of the Oregon Venture Fund, which, with its investors, has invested over $147 million in the area’s most promising growth companies. 33% of those companies are led by female founders and 22% by diverse founders. Frank believes passionately that the benefits of economic growth should be EQUALLY and FULLY available to ALL Oregonians.
He is the proud dad of two wonderful daughters who are doing amazing things in the world. When not a Block Ambassador, you will find Frank walking the city and supporting all of the wonderful small restaurants he can find.
